General provisions

This document summarizes the conditions of sale that are applied for the purchase of products through the e-commerce site www.paldeidogi.com by users defined below as Customers.

Acceptance of the conditions of sale

• The customer, when placing an order, fully accepts the General Conditions contained herein. The Seller reserves the right to change the content of these conditions. Any changes are considered valid from the moment they are published on the site.
• The customer cannot enter false or invented names when placing an order; if this were to occur, the Seller reserves the right to report the fact to the competent Authority for the protection of consumers themselves.
• The customer is also required to verify their personal data entered in the orders: the seller is not responsible for errors due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
• The contract stipulated between the Seller and the Customer must be considered concluded with the acceptance, even partial, of the order by the Seller, who reserves the right to accept the order. Acceptance is considered tacit, unless otherwise communicated in any way to the Customer. By placing an order in the various ways provided, the Customer declares to have read all the information provided during the purchase procedure and to accept the general and payment conditions transcribed below.
• If the Customer is a final consumer, once the online purchase procedure has been completed, he/she will print or save an electronic copy and, in any case, keep these general conditions of sale, in compliance with the provisions of articles 3 and 4 of Legislative Decree no. 185/1999 on distance selling.
• Any right of the Customer to compensation for damages or indemnity is excluded, as well as any contractual or extra-contractual liability for direct or indirect damages to persons and/or things, caused by the failure to accept, even partially, an order.
• To be able to make purchases on the site, the customer must be of age.

Language

These conditions of sale are drawn up and visible in Italian and English.
For the execution, application and interpretation of the conditions of sale, the only version that will be valid between the parties is the one in the Italian language.

Prices

• The prices applied to each sale are indicated in the seller’s catalogue in force at the time of purchase.
• The prices are shown in Euro currency and are considered firm and irrevocable until a different publication on the site. Any changes will not be applied to orders already received.
• The website indicates the price VAT included. The Customer’s area allows you to consult the prices for delivery of the products in your area.
• The price including VAT is the price applied for all countries belonging to the European Union (EU) in consideration of the destination and the current tax legislation.
• For customers from countries outside the European Union, the priceThe actual price of the purchased goods is equal to the price without VAT. In this case, the customer will then pay the local taxes and customs duties applied in his country.
• For purchases made by customers residing in specific special tax areas, such as Livigno and Campione d’Italia, different rules may apply based on current legislation. In these cases, the system will automatically calculate the correct amount or the customer will be contacted for any adjustments.
• The area to which the Customer belongs is considered the destination area of ​​the goods. An amount equal to the shipping costs is added to the total value of the order. This amount is calculated automatically and shown to the customer at the time of purchase based on the weight and destination of the purchased goods.
• The price including VAT is the price applied for all countries belonging to the European Union (EU) taking into account the destination and current tax legislation.
• For customers from countries outside the European Union, the actual price of the purchased goods is the same as the price without VAT. In this case, the customer will then pay the local taxes and customs duties applied in his country.
• The Customer’s area of ​​residence is considered the destination area of ​​the goods. An amount equal to the shipping costs is added to the total value of the order. This amount is calculated automatically and shown to the customer at the time of purchase based on the weight and destination of the goods purchased.

Accuracy of the information displayed

• The Seller reserves the possibility that the characteristics of the products sold may change compared to what is proposed in its catalog, in the event that the manufacturers modify such products without giving prior notice. In this case, the customer may refuse the purchase as indicated in the “Right of Withdrawal”.
• The Seller is not responsible for any typographical and/or photographic errors, for example but not only those relating to the indication of the sales prices shown in the catalog.
• In the event that an incorrect and/or clearly derisory price is published, for any reason (error in our systems, human error, etc.), the order will be cancelled, even in the case of initial validation.
• Acceptance of the order by the Seller is considered confirmed at the time of forwarding the order confirmation via email from the Seller to the Customer.

Applicable law and competent court

• These General Conditions are governed by Italian law and must be interpreted in accordance with the national legal system.
• Disputes relating to the interpretation, validity and/or execution of these General Conditions must be resolved by the Italian judicial authority.
• For any dispute, the Court of residence of the Customer is competent.
